OC Prúdy is the second of two buildings within the new shopping center. It also includes a standalone Billa store, the construction of which we carried out in 2022. The center’s building is designed as a standalone single-story hall, providing essential public amenities.

After months of hard work, the modern and stylish Prúdy Shopping Center has opened its doors to the public, offering residents a space for simple and convenient shopping. We are especially pleased that our works were completed ahead of schedule and with high quality, as confirmed by the investor!

CONSTRUCTION FINAL PHASE.
The final construction works in Sereď have been completed, and the project is entering its final stage. The individual stores that will be part of the shopping center are already working on their interiors, and the building is taking its real shape. The opening is scheduled for the beginning of June 2024.
ROOFING COMPLETED.
We have completed the roofing of the building and the partition walls between the rental units, which we are now beginning to finalize. At the same time, we are glazing the front façade of the building.

Shopping center structural frame completed – cladding underway.
The load-bearing structure of the roof is being constructed, and we are starting with the cladding of the building’s skeleton. We are also continuing with the placement of the sub-base layer for the foundation slab.
