We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a new supermarket in the newly developed commercial zone near the Ťahanovce district in Košice. The project delivered a modern, functional, and energy-efficient building that fits naturally into the evolving urban environment. In addition to the main structure, we also completed parking areas, access roads, and landscaping works to ensure comfortable access for customers. This construction represents another successful project in our portfolio of commercial developments

The construction works on the new supermarket have been successfully completed, and the building was handed over to the investor on schedule. The project included full earthworks, structural shell, technical installations, and final finishes.

At present, the investor is completing the interior and store equipment. The grand opening for the public is planned in the near future.

We have achieved another important milestone in the construction of the new supermarket. In recent days, final works on the customer parking lot were completed, including asphalt paving and the application of horizontal road markings.

The construction of the supermarket is moving into the next phase. The building has already been enclosed, the roof is completed, and exterior works are underway on the parking areas, where paving is being laid and asphalt roads are being prepared. At the same time, landscaping is in progress, windows are being installed at the entrance, and the delivery of equipment to the sales areas has begun.

On the supermarket construction project, we have successfully completed the installation of the structural frame and the external cladding. Work continues on the trapezoidal sheet metal and the installation of the roof system with mineral wool. At the same time, steel structures are being assembled on the building. Around the site, we are carrying out landscaping and laying interlocking paving.

In recent days, we have made tremendous progress on the construction! Following the completion of the piling works, we are now erecting the columns, and the structural frame is beginning to take shape.

We are carrying out the drilling of piles that will ensure the stability of the entire building – from here, the supermarket structure will begin to rise. At the same time, we are working on the parking areas to provide plenty of convenient spaces for future visitors.

The construction of the supermarket is progressing! In recent days, we have successfully completed ground stabilization, creating a solid foundation for the next stages of construction. The concrete surface of the access road has also been finished. Another important step forward was the completion of the sewage system and the connection of the water supply. We are moving ahead and look forward to the next progress…

Our team has started the construction of a new supermarket in Košice, near Hata. After taking over the construction site, we are beginning with fencing the area, bringing in construction machinery, setting up site facilities, and will then proceed with the first earthworks. We look forward to the new challenges that this project will bring!
