Construction is progressing successfully and has entered the next phase of development. We are currently carrying out works on the reinforced concrete structural frame, which forms the main load-bearing structure of the building. At the same time, façade cladding works have begun, making the first outlines of the future building already visible. In parallel, we are also constructing a new intersection and related transport infrastructure, which will ensure smooth access to the shopping centre.
