ANDRITZ HUMENNÉ EXPANSION PROJECT NEARING COMPLETION – FINAL WORKS IN PROGRESS!

At Andritz in Humenné, we have completed the green roof and are preparing the terrain for the construction of paved areas. Inside the hall, the installation of technologies required for production is underway, while work on the interiors of the administrative part of the building is also continuing.

Fire protection penetrations, as well as gas, electricity, and water installations, are being carried out. Inside the hall, we have concreted the floor with a rail track. On the administrative building, the construction of the roof structure is in progress, and we are starting with the adjustment of the paved areas.

We have completed the covering of the roof structure with a membrane roofing system, and the sheet metal components of the façade have also been finalized. Work continues in the interior, where HVAC installations, electrical works, floor thermal insulation, and waterproofing of the building are in progress. Additionally, the concreting of the foundation slab of the administrative building has begun.

In Humenné, the installation of the roof structure, implementation of plumbing systems, and assembly of steel structures are currently underway in the main hall of the facility. In the administrative building, we are carrying out the installation of horizontal sewerage and reinforcement binding for the topping of Spiroll ceiling slabs.

We have reached another significant milestone in the construction – the reinforced concrete structure is now being implemented! The main building will consist of a standalone single-story production hall with a three-story administrative section, designed as an independent structural unit.

We are carrying out earthworks and working on the foundation of the building with reinforced concrete footings and large-diameter piles. From there, the structure will begin to rise upwards.
