In the Solivaria Shopping Centre in Prešov, we are carrying out the renovation of a rental unit for the TEDi retail chain. In the 1,100-square-metre space, we have performed demolition works, relocated air-conditioning units and fire hydrants to new positions, and repainted the ceilings and walls. We are building new drywall partitions, followed by the installation of vinyl flooring. The renovation is scheduled for completion on 29 February 2024.
