In eastern Slovakia, in the city of Prešov, we carried out the reconstruction of a rental space in the Solivaria shopping center for the TEDI retail chain. The store, which had previously been located in the shopping center, was relocated to new, larger premises and was opened to the public at the end of March 2024.

GRADUAL COMPLETION.
At the moment, the final works are being carried out to prepare the building for handover to the investor. In the store premises, we are completing the installation of vinyl flooring, mounting the lights, and the walls have already been painted.

WE ARE STARTING!
In the premises with an area of 1,100 square meters, we carried out demolition works, relocated air conditioning units and fire hydrants to new positions. The ceilings and walls were repainted. We are building new drywall partitions, followed by the installation of vinyl flooring.
