We are completing the final construction works, and the Billa headquarters will soon be fully finished….

The administrative areas are already taking shape! We are laying carpets, completing tiling, and installing furniture. On the extension, all windows are installed, floor leveling is in progress, and partition structures are being built. We are also working intensively on the building systems – installing HVAC and completing the installation of solar panels on the roof.

The flagship BILLA store on Bajkalská Street in Bratislava has undergone a complete modernization and was officially opened to customers. The new spaces offer a modern design, comfortable shopping, and innovative solutions for sustainability. We are proud to have been part of this exceptional project and to contribute to its successful completion. Our work here is not finished – we continue with the upper floor and the development of new office spaces, which will further expand and modernize the entire building.

We are continuing the reconstruction of the BILLA headquarters and store, having now entered the second stage of work. In recent days, we have begun demolishing the original parking area and the store’s interior sections, making way for further construction adjustments. In the administrative area, new drywall partitions are being installed, forming the foundation of a modern office infrastructure. At the same time, the installation of the steel structure is progressing, which will be a key element of the expanded operational and technical facilities.

Work on the BILLA headquarters project is moving ahead at a fast pace. New parking lots are being built outside, and the steel framework of the upper floors is largely complete. The store itself is gradually taking shape as it prepares for its opening, scheduled for the end of August.

The project is progressing according to plan, and we’re excited to see the spaces gradually transform.

We transport and install large steel trusses, allowing the headquarters to rise skyward. We manufacture the steel structure at our branch in Spišské Podhradie, which enables us to have every detail under control!

Our team has kicked off the renovation! After taking over and fencing the construction site, we are carrying out the first demolition work and clearing out the spaces.
