We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the warehouse extension to the existing facility in Petrovany. This project was carried out with the aim of expanding the packaging plant’s production and storage capacities and streamlining logistics processes. The ground floor offers a handling area with a loading ramp, an entrance with a vestibule for employees, and a new warehouse connected to the existing storage and production areas. On the upper floor, there is a boiler room, an office, changing rooms for men and women, restrooms, a storage room, and a staff room, providing comfortable facilities for employees. We would like to thank everyone involved in the project and look forward to further successful realizations!

Our team is completing the final adjustments on the warehouse extension in Petrovany. All exterior construction works have been finished, while inside we are installing slats on the reinforced concrete ceiling, finalizing drywall partitions, and completing tiling and flooring. Once these works are completed, the extension will be prepared for handover to the investor and will soon begin serving its purpose.

At the end of summer, we are completing the roof cladding and wall panels with PUR panels on the steel structure of the warehouse, which means the building will soon be enclosed and we will continue with the interior works. We are making progress on the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the paved areas, all of which are being prepared for final inspection. The works on the stormwater drainage system have also been completed and are now fully finished.

The extension of the packaging facility is progressing – during the summer months we began with the installation of the reinforced concrete frame and steel structures. Earthworks are also underway, including grading, backfill preparation under the foundation slab, and the construction of water management systems.

At the end of May, we completed the backfill of soil stabilization with aggregate and finalized the foundation of the building on piles, meaning the structure will soon start rising vertically. As part of this stage, steel elements were also anchored into the original reinforced concrete frame. We are continuing with the construction of new fencing and the installation of stormwater and sewage drainage systems.

After taking over the construction site, our team has started working on the extension of the packaging facility in the village of Petrovany. The aim of the project is to expand the production and storage capacities of the existing operation.
