In Sládkovičovo, the extension of the shopping center is nearing completion. The final construction works, landscaping, and exterior adjustments are underway. Soon, tenants will begin moving into their spaces, and the new extension will be fully open to the public!

At the OC Point extension, we have successfully completed the cladding of the reinforced concrete structure, giving the building its final shape externally. Outside, work continues on sidewalks and paving. At the same time, we are beginning the installation of windows, gradually enclosing the building. Once the building is fully enclosed, attention will shift to the interior, where we will start with internal modifications and the preparation of spaces for future tenants and visitors.

After successfully completing the initial excavation works, a reinforced concrete frame has begun to rise on the construction site. The project is moving into its vertical phase, and the new space for future businesses is now starting to take shape.
