We have successfully completed the construction of a new BILLA supermarket in the town of Sliač. The building has been handed over to the investor, and the interior setup and delivery of goods will follow shortly. After the final preparations are completed, the store will open to customers.

The building envelope of the new store has been successfully completed, including the installation of all windows and doors. This milestone allows us to move into the interior, where wall finishes, floor tiling, and all required technical installations are currently underway. The building is steadily taking shape, bringing us closer to completion with each next step.

After completing the excavation works and the installation of the pile foundations, we proceeded with the assembly of the reinforced concrete load-bearing structure – the building skeleton. At the same time, the delivery and placement of insulation materials are underway. A structural trapezoidal sheet has been laid on the roof structure, forming the base for the subsequent layers of the roofing system.

After taking over the construction site, our team is starting the construction of the new Billa store.
