Construction Completed – New McDonald’s Opening Soon!

We are in the final stage of construction. A green roof has already been successfully completed, serving not only as an aesthetic but also as an ecological feature of the building. In the exterior, works are currently underway on the finishing of access roads, the installation of interlocking paving, and the placement of grass pavers, ensuring both practicality and visual quality of the surroundings. At the same time, in the interior, we are installing modern self-service ordering technologies, finalizing the kitchen facilities, and completing the restrooms. We are already looking forward to the outcome of this modern establishment!

Our team is making great progress on the construction! After enclosing the building, we moved inside the restaurant, where we are working on drywall partitions, HVAC systems, and electrical installations. Outside, in the drive-in area, we are concreting the bases for the stands and preparing the subgrade for the access road.

The construction of McDonald’s in Spišská Nová Ves is progressing! After successfully completing the landscaping and foundations, we have moved on to the shell construction of the restaurant and storage area. At the same time, we have finished the retaining walls, built both the sanitary and storm sewers, and with each passing day, we are getting closer to the goal!

In December, our team started the first excavation works, marking the beginning of the construction of McDonald’s in Spišská Nová Ves.
