The project includes the construction of a new McDonald’s location near the D1 motorway exit to Nová Polhora. The development comprises a modern restaurant with a drive-thru, parking facilities, and complete technical infrastructure required for full operation.

PROJECT HANDED OVER.
We have successfully completed the construction of the new McDonald’s in Nová Polhora and handed the project over to the investor. The investor is currently carrying out the final preparations before the restaurant opens to the public.
WE ARE APPROACHING THE FINISH LINE.
The construction of the new franchise in Nová Polhora is rapidly approaching completion. The interior of the restaurant is already taking its final shape, while work on access roads and parking areas is currently underway outside. Very soon, the doors of the new McDonald’s will open to the public.

MCDONALD’S IN NOVÁ POLHORA IS MAKING PROGRESS.
The structural framework of the main building is nearing completion, and the project is gradually taking shape. At the same time, we are carrying out preparatory work for the roads and parking areas, which will form the foundation for the next phases of construction. Each step brings us closer to completing the project, and we are pleased with the rapid progress of the entire complex.
WE ARE STARTING.
After taking over the construction site, we launched the implementation phase of the project with the first excavation works. At this stage, site preparation and basic earthworks are being carried out to enable the further progress of the construction.
