The construction of the new McDonald’s restaurant is nearing completion. Final construction works are underway, along with the installation of technical facilities and preparations for the setup of self-service kiosks. We are working to hand over the premises to the client soon, ensuring the quality meets all McDonald’s brand standards. Very soon, the restaurant will welcome its first customers.

We have once again made progress in the construction! We have completed the asphalting around the restaurant and are finalizing the exterior cladding. The work will now focus mainly on the interior, where we have already started with the installation of ceilings and tiling.

We are currently focusing on completing the parking areas, where we are laying exterior paving and preparing for asphalting. We have also started cladding the building, giving it a clean and modern look. The project is thus moving into the next stage of construction.

Our team continues at a fast pace! The work on the building is moving into the next phase. Currently, we are installing plasterboard partitions, air-conditioning systems, and electrical wiring. In the exterior, specifically in the drive-in section, we are concreting the foundation bases for future stands and at the same time preparing the subgrade for the access road.

The construction of the new McDonald’s in Košice has made significant progress. After completing the foundations and the walls of the main building, we began installing the roof structure and covering it. Soon, we will start with the extension of the storage area and land adjustments for the access roads and parking lot.

After taking over the construction site and signing the contract, our team started with the initial earthworks.
